Third Wave Therapies Encompass: 1. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Prioritizing acceptance of negative experiences, mindfulness, and values-based behaviour change, ACT fosters psychological flexibility and the pursuit of a meaningful life. 2. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Merging behavioural therapy with mindfulness and acceptance, DBT aids individuals struggling with intense emotions, particularly those with borderline personality disorder. 3. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT): MBCT blends mindfulness techniques with cognitive therapy to help individuals manage stress, depression, and anxiety. Cancellation Policy

At Change Your Future Therapy, we strive to provide high-quality therapy services to our clients. In order to ensure that our practice operates smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following payment and cancellation policy for therapy sessions: Payment Policy: All therapy sessions must be paid in full within 48 hours of the session. Payment can be made via card or bacs. Failure to pay for a session within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of future therapy sessions until payment is made. Cancellation Policy: We understand that there may be times when clients need to cancel or reschedule therapy sessions. However, we ask that all cancellations be made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of therapy services. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or if a client fails to show up for a scheduled session, the client will be charged the full session fee and will not be entitled to a refund. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, but this will be at the discretion of the therapist. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate our clients' needs while also maintaining the integrity of our practice.
